Gift certificates

Terms of use of the VYDNA gift certificate

  1. The certificate is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
  2. The certificate can be used to pay for any VYDNA product or service.
  3. If the purchase costs more than the certificate, the customer pays the difference.
  4. If the purchase costs less than the certificate, the remainder stays on it until the expiry date.
  5. The certificate cannot be exchanged for cash.
  6. A lost or damaged certificate is not reissued.
  7. The certificate can pay for several orders until its value is used up.
  8. The certificate may be passed on to someone else.
