Returns and exchange

We value the trust our customers place in us and follow Ukrainian consumer protection law. If a piece did not work out for you, you can return or exchange it under the terms below.

Return terms

You can return or exchange an item within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, as provided by the Ukrainian law on consumer rights, if:

the item has not been used
its appearance and properties are intact
the set is complete
you have the receipt or another proof of purchase

Items that cannot be returned

Some categories cannot be returned or exchanged under current law, for example made to order pieces or items of personal use where the law says so.

If a piece was made to your individual order, the possibility of a return is agreed separately.

How a return works

Get in touch through the contacts on the website.
Tell us the order number and the reason for the return.
Wait for the confirmation and the address to send the item to.
Send the item back by a delivery service.

Once we receive the item and check it, we will let you know the outcome.

Refunds

The money is returned within 3 to 7 working days after we receive and check the item:

to a bank card
to the account the payment came from
by another agreed method

Exchange

An exchange is possible if the item you want is in stock. If it is not, you can:

choose another piece
get a refund
